Constructora Sambil was founded on 1958 by Salomon Cohen, a young civil engineer from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, who started the family business working with only one secretary. After 4 months, there were six people working in the office: two draftsmen, an assistant in calculation, a secretary, a receptionist and the manager, Mr. Cohen. The constructions under his responsibility had already more than 20 workers. The company started working for governmental developments from 1958 to 1963. Then, started to work with the private enterprise, Constructora Sambil worked in different buildings requested for private clients, and after 1965 they built only for themselves, becoming totally devoted to the development of condominium property. Believing in Venezuela Since its foundation, Constructora Sambil as a company trusted in Venezuela, supporting its investments, mainly done in Caracas. The company has both generated employment and contributed totally with the progress in our country, through the proposal of innovative solutions, both modern and adequate. During its 40 years of uninterrupted professional practice, Sambil Construction Company has maintained a progressive growth in size, experience and improvement, noticeable in the unquestionable quality its works.
